Let's Do The News! (December 4, 2015)


- Reports state that the investigators are aware that one of the suspects behind the San Bernardino, California, shootings had been in contact with Islamic militants. The FBI had evidence that one of the gunmen, Syed Rizman Farook, had communicated with extremists domestically and abroad a few years ago. However, there are no evidences that the gunman was tied to any terrorist group.

- Back to the COP21 climate conference in Paris, the delegates remain divided over how to differentiate responsibilities between developed and developing countries in the fight against global warming as they still working on a new framework to replace the Kyoto Protocol by 2020.

- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu have failed to narrop gaps over last month's downing of a Russian warplane by Turkish forces. The two ministers met on an international conference in Belgrade, Serbia, on Thursday. This is their first meeting since the fighter jet fiasco.

- During Philippine President Aquino's Italian visit, the Italian government expressed strong support to the Philippines over the UN arbitration against the Chinese over disputes at the South China Sea.

- The Bureau of Corrections had assigned a prison number to US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton, who is now serving time in prison for killing Filipino transgender Jennifer Laude.

- McLaren's 675LT supercar gets it top off with its new Spider model. While this is 88lbs heavier than its coupe version, it's still comes with a 666HP 3.8L V8 twin-turbo engine, resulting to a 0-100kph time of 2.9 seconds and top speed of 203mph, 2mph slower than the coupe.

- Manny Pacquiao is set for his one last battle before his impending retirement but who will be his final opponent? He will soon announce whom he's going to fight against in April next year.

- Latest trailer for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice showcases more of superhero rivalries as well as super baddie Doomsday and superheroine Wonder Woman poised for battle.



- In case you missed the recent Eat Bulaga Kalyeserye, while Lola Nidora's hospitalized over what just happened yesterday, we saw Doktora de Explorer's return and while she knows that Lola Nidora's condition is stable for now, she enlists Tidora and Tinidora some help for some ingredients needed for a medicine. For now, Alden's got tickets for him and her that will take them to a certain place but where are they going?
