Driving Music (What is the name of the song on car commercial?) Vol. 42

Oh no! We've been attacked again! Yesterday, we've been attacked but now, we've been attacked again! Our blog's been under attacked! It's an outbreak of idiots who keep searching what is the title of the song heard from a car commercial and this time, those monsters attacked me with words like "volvo v40 commercial song" or "not authority but auris spot music". Oh God, please help me....

What to do with these...idiots wanna spend time stealing music without permission and doing Grand Theft Auto? This is somewhat....GRAND THEFT AUTO: CAR COMMERCIALS...grrrrrr.....

One of these days....one of these days....this madness has to stop but it's still to pandemic. To keep em busy, time now for another set of five Driving Musics....

5) Little Notes by Ben Hartley - from the New Volvo V40 "Different Journey" 2012 commercial

4) Magic (Oh Oh Oh) by Mozella - from the Nissan USA Quest "Magic" 2012 commercial

3)  Have Love, Will Travel by The Black Keys - from the Lexus Australia CT200h 2012 commercial

2) Get Some by Lykke Li - from the Lexus USA CT200h "Miles" 2012 commercial

1) Each Coming Night by Iron and Wine - from the Chevrolet Sonic "Night Swimming" commercial

...and that does it, ladies and gentlemen. So now, if you don't mind, better stop doing that ridiculous moment that scared both the music and the automotive industry. YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED...

World's Greatest Drag Race - The Sequel

World's Greatest Drag Race 2
(image: Motor Trend)

Last year, Motor Trend magazine puts the world's greatest supercars from Asia, America, and Europe for the world's greatest drag race in history. On that drag race to end all drag races, the 2012 Nissan GT-R, the one with launch control, triumphed against the world's greatest superpowers. We were amazed from this but the question is....has the Nissan GT-R keep up against its new opponents?

Ranging from the Jaguar XKR-S, 2013 GT500, Lamborghini LP700-4 (!!), MP4-12C, 991 911, ZL1, C63 Black, and the Subaru BRZ (?), could the Nissan GT-R, with even more power, keep up or there will be a new winner? Let's watch!

Well....after watching the whole clip....guess what?

They found themselves a new winner! A NEW WINNER!

Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4
(image: Motor Trend)

It's the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4! No way! It's Italy that won the battle! (laughing) Faster than the MP4-12C and even the Nissan GT-R! No freaking way! It's true but hey, at least it's the 700PS of power coming from its 6.5L V12 engine and AWD layout that slipped past the supercar world cup!

Driving Music (What is the name of the song on car commercial?) Vol. 41

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? Another intrusion happened on my blog and this time...I've been picking up some attacks such as...

cadillac ats commercial song...bmw 5 series commercial song...bmw commercial song say ooh.....

HELP! I've been attacked! Carnappers and idiots stealing music because of car commercials! HELP! HELP!!!!

(panting)

Anyway, better fix that blog with a little help of another five driving songs to fix those damages done from those who are trying to kill me. Be warned, those who are trying to kill me...

5) Back For Good by Take That - from the Hyundai Santamo Plus commercial

4) Phenomena by Yeah Yeah Yeahs - from the Cadillac ATS vs. The World trailer. We seen that during the London 2012 commercial breaks.

3) Move On by Riccitelli - from the BMW USA X1 "become one" commercial

2) Sail by AWOLNATION - from the BMW "The Feeling Remains" commercial

1) If I Should Fall From Grace With God by The Pogues - from the latest Subaru USA Forester ad...the one with hockey mom, little kids playing hockey, fall asleep with trophy...

Outtake: Auris Buttocks Drive

OUTTAKE:

A couple of moments ago, we've watched the latest commercial for the all new 2013 Toyota Auris and this one's a bit too....racy...we think...

...meanwhile....things are getting a bit cheesy...

Hold on, is that...um...what they called...um...transvestite? Well...you know, transgender...

Yeah JC, what we thought that someone's topless on that commercial and...um...what we thought of a woman...was actually a man. A man...perhaps, transgender.

Transgender?

Indeed. A transgender model...who was from Israel.

Really? Um, have you spot the diff, I mean, the Adam's Apple on that....(sigh) Never mind then. Anyway, the 2013 Toyota Auris, is that really made for the serious people?

2013 Toyota Auris

Yes, it is a serious car...that your buttocks would love (laughing)

A car only our buttocks would love?

Yeah. That ad says it all, your buttocks would love it. That's it. Buttocks love the new Auris. Speaking of which, we saw a clip straight from the Daikanyama Art Street showcasing the new Auris going on reverse while being chased by goons...

Oh, what awesome clip for a car going backwards.

Yeah, speaking of which, Daikanyama Art Street is holding a special event in collaboration with the all new 2013 Toyota Auris titled NOT AUTHORITY, BUT ART. It holds all week long from 20th to 26th of August 2012 at Kyuyamate-Dori/Daikanyama.

Wow. Wanna check that out because..well, NOT AUTHORITY BUT ART, which is like the 2013 Auris' slogan NOT AUTHORITY BUT AURIS.

Ha ha ha....Back to the buttock thing, have they got the idea from an old Renault Megane ad a few years ago, where buttocks love the Renault Megane? (laughing)

OUTTAKE END

Another small car....

PEEL Trident

Remember the Peel P50? The smallest car we saw on Top Gear where Jeremy Clarkson drove one through the BBC Television Centre? Heh, turns out the P50 has one of its brothers. Sure, it was from the makers of the ridiculously small P50 but this here is the Peel Trident.

On the Small Cars episode of the USA version of Top Gear, it was proven that Rutledge Wood and the Scion iQ sucked at this challenge against Tanner Foust and his smart fortwo and Adam Ferrera and his Fiat 500. As punishment, Rut has to drive something smaller than the iQ.

Unlike the P50, which has a very complicating way to get inside, the Trident is simple; lift up the lid which is somewhat reminded us of the Jetsons' flying machine, get inside, flip down the lid, and then you're off. Critics said that this is the original flying saucer that is almost cheaper than walking, fully road legal in the UK, and according to James May, this is like something out of the Jetsons!

Rut and the PEEL Trident

Rutledge does some ridiculous misfits in the Trident such as getting inside the restaurant, going back to his house for some tea, grocery shopping, and the most ridiculous moment of all; taking it for a race between the hot rods at some racetrack!

This PEEL Trident is the most ridiculous three-wheeler I have ever saw since the P50! Mama said, she want one and for me, that's totally inappropriate for a petrolhead like me!

METAL GEAR 25th ANNIVERSARY METAL GEAR MUSIC COLLECTION

METAL GEAR 25th ANNIVERSARY
METAL GEAR MUSIC COLLECTION

It's the 25th anniversary of Konami's flagship stealth action video game that became a global phenomenon so for a treat, Konami's back for some serious compilation of the best Metal Gear songs for 25 years. This is the Metal Gear 25th Anniversary Metal Gear Music Collection. Back in 2007, when it celebrated its 20th year, Konami made a compilation album featuring the best from the MGS series. This year's going to be a different feast because with just 9 very long tracks of tribute for MGS4 and MGSPW, you'll be sure that we'll never left behind. The orchestral tracks were curated by The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra so those tracks have a powerful feel, remembering Old Snake's final mission to Big Boss' founding of Outer Heaven. Even though they have nine tracks; they're very long and I understand that because that glorious medleys, orchestral versions, and some we are familiar with is just the best thing yet to come and this is how they say thank you for their loyalty in 25 years.

TRACK LISTINGS:

  1. OVERTURE ~ METAL GEAR SAGA from METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS
  2. LOVE THEME 25th Anniversary Ver.- from METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS
  3. METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS MEDLEY (Performed by The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra)
  4. HERE’S TO YOU from METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS
  5. GEM IMPACT TRACKS from METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS
  6. METAL GEAR ONLINE TRIBUTE MEDLEY

Let's Do The News (August 23, 2012)

(applause)

..and! And! Here is the list of trophies I've collected so far..

- Liquid Sun
- Solid Sun
- Third Sun
- Twin Suns
- Old Sun
- Laughing Octopus Doll
- Frog Soldier Doll
- Raging Raver Doll
- Crying Wold Doll
- Screaming Mantis Doll
- Hands Up!
-SUNLIGHT!
- Infinite ammo.
- Hurt me more!
- Drum Cam Addict
- Crop Circle
- That Tune Is His Mind Control Music
- LIQUID!

...So, I got 18 out of 34 MGS4 trophies as of now. I finished the whole game in one day in LIQUID EASY difficulty, which is rubbish but this is where I can concentrate on the SOLAR GUN, and some other bonuses needed for my next gameplay and soon, tackling THE BOSS EXTREME difficulty. Quite a souvenir for me.

....Wait, wait, wait. Have you said that Konami's too late to implement the Trophy Support for the MGS4 game? Well, I think you do have a point but some games launched before that system was implemented updated it. Remember GTA4? Well, that game was launched months before the trophy system was implemented and they responded that with a patch. I wonder why did Konami didn't patched MGS4 with trophy support 4 years ago? Is it because of developmental resources?

(audience laughing)

Now let's do the news!

Right and let's begin with this...it was the 4th year for the Gran Turismo trophy award at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours D'elegance. This year, though, the Gran Turismo trophy award for this year has been awarded to the classic car that will soon be featured in future GT titles. This car was... the 1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Pinin Farina Coupe (Serial No. 0422MD)

1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Pinin Farina

Scoop:  http://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/news/d18515.html

So, this classic Ferrari won the Gran Turismo award on the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance?! I'm impressed for that classic car to won a special award curated by Kazunori Yamauchi himself. Incredible.

Yeah, incredible enough for this car to be featured in future Gran Turismo titles, perhaps.

Right. And oh, while on the subject of something new, something old, something borrowed, something blue, we've picked up some very awkward news that BBC Worldwide's facing penalties for...for hosting Top Gear videos on YouTube? What?! Penalties? For what? Something illegal?

Uh...I think it refers that their on-demand clips, mostly less than 10 minutes long are too TV-size, well that was according to some regulatory body called The Authority for Television on Demand (ATVOD).

ATVOD?

Yep. ATVOD. They said that content providers like the BBC, Nickelodeon and MTV that show on-demand content that is "television like," that are editorially responsible for the content, and that make it available to the public need to pay a yearly fee to ATVOD. Because of BBC uploading Top Gear clips that are too TV-sized, they have to pay £2,900 for each channel (that's about $4,600 USD).

So...2,900 Pounds for each channel? What about others such as BBC America channel, BBC Earth channel, BBC Entertainment channel, BBC Food channel, BBC Knowledge channel, BBC Worldwide channel, Classic Doctor Who, and EastEnders channel? You said that because of the clips that are too TV-sized, the BBC have to pay 2.900 Pounds so to total it up, the BBC will cost them...hmmmm.....hmmmm.....hmmmm...

SEVERAL CALCULATIONS LATER...

...hmmmm.....hmmmm....hmmm....ah!

What?

They cost them about 26,100 Pounds overall!

No, f***ing way!

I know! What have they done? I mean, think about the yearly basis they would end up....It appears that the BBC is now joining with the ranks of media outlets questioning ATVOD decisions.

Exactly. Anyway, while on the subject of the BBC...Season 7 of Doctor Who premieres this September 1, 2012!

(applause)

ASYLUM OF THE DALEKS
Yes I know. I know! I know! This is the moment we've been hearing about this! Season 7 will air this September on BBC. Specifically, 7:20PM British Time on BBC One & BBC One HD. For our American friends, it's 9:00PM ET or 8:00PM Central or 7:00PM Pacific on BBC America. For Canadians, it's 9:00PM ET or 8:00PM Central or 7:00PM Pacific on Space. Happy now?

Yes! We are very happy so....

So what?

Let's rush to the groceries, tell your parents to buy some fish fingers, custard, some tea, and some Jammie Dodgers (the biscuits The Eleventh Doctor thought of the TARDIS self-destruct device until Strategist Dalek noticed it isn't), put on your fezzes and your bowties, tell your friends and sit down because The Doctor is back in the house!

Ah! He he he....Wait what? Jammie Dodgers?

Yes. Jammie Dodgers. Delicious biscuits with some jam in the center. Not familiar with that biscuit? It's like a Dewberry Tart of some sorts.

Oh! I get it now! E he he he....Anyway, because this is Series 7 Part One - only five episodes will be featured this year, making a farewell to Amy and Rory. If five episodes are done, then we wave goodbye to the Ponds and we just have to wait 'till the 2012 Christmas special for The Eleventh Doctor to come back and introduce a new companion played by Jenna Louise-Coleman, something that The Doctor wants to move on with a little bit of kissing (LOLZ). Series 7 Part Two will be on next year, eight episodes with The Doctor and his new ally, not to mention the Eleventh's new clothes.

Yeah, yummy! Save the Daleks, I mean, date! SAVE THE DATE! Repeat, Save the Date! September 1, 2012! See you in the TARDIS!

Right! And oh, while on the subject of the Ponds, Arthur Darvill, who is Rory Williams, will star in first West End production of Our Boys. Never heard of it? Well, you should be...

Yes, this theatrical play titled Our Boys tackles on of five young soldiers recuperating from injuries sustained in battle, will open at London’s Duchess Theatre on Wednesday 3 October. This was named Best New Play at the 1993 Writers' Guild Fringe Awards. Also joining the ranks were Matthew Lewis, better known as Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter films; Cian Barry, who appeared in ITV’s Titanic mini-series; and stage talents Jolyon Coy and Lewis Reeves.

Ahem?! They have Rory Williams from Doctor Who and then Neville Longbottom from the Harry Potter series? Oh dear! Another timey-wimey event occured!

(audience laughing)

Indeed. It was a timey-wimey coincidence that one of those main characters from this theatrical play could be the one who is Rory from Doctor Who and the one who is Neville from Harry Potter. This is like "HEY! WHO ARE YOU?". Neville Longbottom, this is Rory Williams. Rory Williams, this is Neville Longbottom...(laughing)

(audience laughing)

What a card! An unexpected twist! How about a little call from SIR DOCTOR OF TARDIS?

(laughing)

Okay, enough TARDIS stuff and enough of those Jammie Dodgers because what we need are 12 Jammie Dodgers and a fez.

Fez?

Yes, a fez. I wanna wear a fez. Fezzes are cool.

(audience laughing)

Whatever you...madman in a box. Anyway, we've just picked up the news that....oh! Anyone saw the poster for the horror movie titled Guni-Guni, which stars Lovi Poe? Guess, what? We heard that the movie poster for Guni-Guni stole the idea from the movie poster of a Thai horror movie titled Alone. Similarity? We think yes.

Guni-Guni copied a poster from a Thai movie

See the difference? No wonder they took that idea from a Thai movie! Turns out that this isn't the first of its kind though. Such examples were South Korea's A Tale of Two Sisters, the Chinese copied that poster for the film Illusion Apartment. Then, UK's An Education, India stole that for the film Anjaana Anjaani. It turns out that Indian and Chinese movie stole movie posters from others, this is somewhat a copy-paste experience.

Oh....so that's....

That is a Bombshell we can end this segment. See you next time and oh, before we end, here's a real bombshell; US version of The Office ends next year. Ninth season of the US version of The Office will be the last, says NBC Universal.

MGS4's Trophy Support

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Box Front
Metal Gear Solid 4 - Guns of the Patriots

It's hard to imagine what MGS fans do in the 25th anniversary of Konami's flagship stealth action series. The genes, memes, scenes, the 25th year of the Metal Gear franchise pays tribute to the legendary stealth action game that became a global phenomenon. As for those who has a PS3, there's a bit more to that...

One such thing was Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. That game was launched globally on June 12, 2008. About four years ago, we believe. However, when Sony introduced the Trophy System to the PS3 in the mid-2008, it was too late to implement Trophy Support on MGS4.

With Metal Gear Online ended two months ago, I thought I may think that the greatest Metal Gear chapter of all time rot itself but because it is the franchise's 25th year, Konami decided to bring MGS4 back to life and give it a Version 2.00 patch which includes a feature that hasn't been done before; TROPHY SUPPORT!

Wow, I'd never realize I am so pleased to play it again. This brings me all back; the thrills, the chills, the tense, all and all and all....Oh gosh....

My second week of driving school

Hello world! It's me, Leopaul.

It was the second week of my driving school courtesy of Sam Wong's Hong Kong Driving School. On that day, I was still stuck on the whole cornering part and my footwork part. Yes I know, I am still bad on the handling because it needs some more work. As for my foot on the pedals, ditto. Needs more practice because sometimes I could be too hard and...um...well, you know why...

He also said to me that on one part of the residential area, somewhere in Beacon Hill,  that I shouldn't have to handle too hard while slowing down for a corner. Ahem...Why would I have to turn the steering wheel too quick? Why would I have to hold the brakes while straightening the steering wheel? Why would I have to do that? It's not that I know how to drive but...this is getting a bit...um....you know what? I really don't know what to say but...it is TERRIBLE.

Well, I maybe a bit terrible at the speed, terrible at the handling, and terrible on my footwork, Mr. Wong said I am getting a bit of a practice on cornering. Sadly, no parallel parking and hill parking segments for me until next week's.

Now I'll never advance to the ones that my sisters Elise and Bea achieved so far. Unless I am getting well on the wheel and on my foot, I'll never gonna make it. I'll never going to get my actual test if I mess it up. God help me....

My next lesson's scheduled for next week and if I continue to mess it up like the past, then I'll be sorry. So then, what should I do? Oh well! Back to eat some more Jammie Dodgers! Jammie Dodgers! YAY! Jammie Dodgers! The ones we thought of the TARDIS self-destruct device from Doctor Who! LOLZ!

DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo's dead....

DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo

Now those who read my previous Let's Do The News segment may remember that DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo's missing in the island of Masbate where his Cessna was crashed.

Just so we thought that he'll be showing up with a comedy fish on his face but...I'm afraid we have some bad news...DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo's dead. Very sad, we offer complete condolences to his family and all of DILG.

Here's an article from Yahoo Philippines News:

After two days of intense search and rescue operations following a plane crash, Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo has been found dead.

An emotional DOTC Secretary Mar Roxas announced the development Tuesday morning. He noted President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III personally called Robredo's wife to convey the sad news.

Roxas said divers saw Robredo still inside the plane, at sea depths of 180-feet. He added the plane fuselage was discovered 7:35 am Tuesday, and Robredo's body was retrieved 8:15 am.

Roxas said rescue operations for two other pilots, Captain Jessup Bahinting and Nepalese flight student Kshitiz Chand, has been turned into a retrieval operations.

"Airplane was inverted. In that configuration, two pilots are inside cockpit. Jess being a passenger, mas madaling ma-access," said Roxas in a televised press conference.

As of now, Robredo's body is in Masbate and will be flown to his hometown Naga City.

He noted that Robredo's remains are in "sensitive state", given that the body has been underwater for two days now.

"Jess was underwater for more than two days now so changes in pressure and atmosphere [will make preserving the body for transport] complicated," he said.
On Saturday, a single-engine, four-seater Piper Seneca plane carrying Robredo en route to Naga City from Cebu City crashed off Masbate after reports of engine trouble.

Don Abrazado, Robredo's aide, survived the crash. Officials say investigation will resume after the bodies of the pilots have been retrieved.

Palace mourns passing of "family member"

Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr. says Cabinet members are mourning Robredo's death. He said Robredo was a "dedicated public servant".

"Secretary Robredo was a dedicated public servant and a champion of good governance whose track record in public service has been an inspiration to all those who believe in government as an instrument for positive change," Ochoa said in a statement.

Ochoa said "prayers go out to the families of Robredo" and the DILG employees "who lost a leader who tirelessly worked and contributed greatly to President Aquino's campaign for good governance as a means to improve the lives of our countrymen."

Some customization stuff for the 2013 Auris

So, Japanese commercial for the all new 2013 Toyota Auris is a bit too...racy but that's how Toyota want because of the new Auris' striking and daring styling that is over the top. And while we're writing about the all new 2013 Auris, Toyota Motor Corporation provided some customization programs for this new 2nd generation Auris.

2013 Toyota Auris

So, Modellista version of the 2013 Toyota Auris eh? Good. Modellista body kits for this new model made it even more...well racy. How about this?

2013 Toyota Auris

Some accessories to be fitted on the Auris' exterior such as the LED fog lamps and Daytime running lamps, back handle garnish, aero stabilizing fin, side protection mole, fuel lid garnish, door handle garnish, pillar garnish, back door garnish, plated door mirror cover, and rear combination garnish (plated). These will make it even more racy but....

2013 Toyota Auris

...the most racy of the customized Auris is the TRD version. Look at the rims, the front grille, the aero kit, all marvelous. Remember, the 2013 Auris is now available at your nearest Netz dealerships across Japan, starting at just 1,710,000 Yen.

2nd Generation Toyota Auris (NZE181H/ZRE186H/NZE184H)

NOT AUTHORITY, BUT AURIS

2013 Toyota Auris

So, welcome everyone to the all new 2nd generation Toyota Auris, the most serious sports hatchback Toyota ever made since its introduction in Autumn 2006. This car really do some serious business for those who want a leisure break in Hakone but everytime when you approach to the new Auris, it's essentially quite as stricter as...the Chowking guy from an old TV drama I've watched before. I mean look at the outside, the front face kinda looked like the...Kia K5 while on the back, it looked like the Hyundai i30. There's no style for style's sake here because deep down inside, the Auris is a bit too European because of its European design and the performance that is a bit too European rather than being a Corolla-based hatchback made for those who want to spend some time out in Tokyo at night.

2013 Toyota Auris interior

On the new Auris, the interior's getting a bit too serious and sadly, the interior kinda looked like the Toyota Aqua. Inside, the seats are now lowered by 40 mm for a lower driving position and the steering wheel angle was modified to enhance the feel of sporty driving. On the back of the front seats, it's now thinner so the legroom for the back is now enhanced and the larger cargo space is at the highest levels in its class (360 liters under the VDA method), providing enhanced comfort and convenience. On the normal versions, you'll find three rings on the instrumental panel. One that reads up to 8000rpm, the middle that reads up to 180kph (with something else below), and the last one that checks the fuel gauge.

Sportier versions of the 2nd generation Auris, especially the top of the line Auris RS S Package, would expect seats with exclusive red stitching, a new optional panoramic roof window extending back to the rear seats and a retractable jackknife key that is a bit a stylish showoff. Also, it's got this instrumental panel similar to the Volkswagens of today. Anything I know? I don't know.... (laughing)

2013 Toyota Auris

There are two engine types available on the new Auris. TWO ENGINE TYPES, I repeat. One is the 1NZ-FE engine and the other was the high-performance 2ZR-FAE engine. Most models do come with the the high-efficiency Super CVT-i while the RS models get a sporting 6-speed manual, a sporting credential indeed, right? Seriously, the Euro-tuned suspension on the new Auris really provide better cornering and it handles just like a European hatchback. The new Auris do even come with the G AI-Shift that uses vehicle G-sensors to detect deceleration and turning force, enabling the AI to automatically downshift when entering a corner and to limit unnecessary up shifting when cornering. Sounds amazing but nope, that's not my thing, sorry.

For fuel efficiency, the new Auris with the 1NZ-FE engine promises about 18.2 km/L in the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's (MLIT's) JC08 test cycle but if you're opted with the SMART STOP feature, which shuts the engine off when stopped and then start again when moving, the fuel economy is now about 19.2 km/L in the JC08 test cycle. The 2ZR-FAE engine with Valvematic (a continuously variable valve-life and valve-timing mechanism) and Dual Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (Dual VVT-i) technologies will get about 16.0 km/L in the JC08 test cycle.

Because of the 1.5L 1NZ-FE engine's fuel economy as well as the addition of the SMART STOP feature, these models can qualify for incentives under the Japanese government's Green Taxation System or the ECO-CAR GENZEI system. I'm very serious about this...

As for the coloring, the new Auris comes with White Pearl Crystal Shine, Silver Metallic, Black Mica, Red Mica Metallic, Orange Metallic, Avantgarde Bronze Metallic, and Blue Metallic.

My comment:
The old, first generation Auris (2006-2012) is a bit too weird, too chunky, and it reminded me of the old Vitz but for this all new 2nd generation Auris, it's no longer being a boyoyong clown of some sorts. It's like some actress readying her fierce pictorial for a men's magazine. With prices start at about 1,710,000 yen up to about 2,250,000 yen (Includes consumption tax, does not include recycling fees and differs in Hokkaido and Okinawa), (about 920,000 to 1,200,000 Pesos), the new Auris is becoming even more reasonably priced and  if you even drove one in the streets of Tokyo, Nagoya, or Osaka, you are becoming more of a yuppie than being a jerk going out for the country club. Welcome to the party, my friend, a bachelor's party in the frat. Quite a racy sports hatch indeed....very racy....O ho ho ho ho....
