- There's been a brand new internet craze going on around here right now. I really don't know what in the world wide web is that but some say, it's called the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. What is the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Although it remains shrouded in mystery, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is a method to spread awareness towards the ALS disease or Lou Gehrig's Disease, a muscular degenerative disorder that affects the body's muscle neurons, rendering them immobilized, vital organ failure, and possibly fatal.

This challenge pits ordinary people filming themselves while getting spilled by a bucket full of ice cold water. Then, they nominate random people to do it in less than 24 hours or donate to the ALS foundation.

Check out the rampant clips of people doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge: http://www.kzone.com.ph/blog/?p=12393

If you really want to do it, why not give it a try for a change?!

TTFN!!!
