The big scoop today...

- The chief negotiator of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front will not deliver his opinions about the lawmakers' concerns about the Bangsamoro bill but he believes that their enemy is oppression and not the Philippine government.

- President Benigno Aquino III defended Alan Purisma, the director general of the Philippine National Police, against the allegations that he enacted himself while assuming his role for the government.

- Earlier in Birmingham, Alabama, there was a shootout occurred at the UPS shipping center where the suspect killed two former co-workers. The suspect's named is the 45-year-old Kerry Joe Tesney of suburban Trussville. No one knows why he killed those unnamed men but some say, the gunman was "troubled" over work.

- The United Nations has called on member nations to cooperate in the fight against global warming during the Climate Summit at the UN HQ in New York. Leaders from member nations have attended the meeting, which is designed to lay the groundwork for a new climate-change framework.

- Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida says that Japan will step up for humanitarian aid on affected areas as the fight against ISIS continues.

- Over 3,000 units of the Ferrari 458 Italia supercar has been recalled over the issue of its trunk that is proven to be a dangerous place to stow human beings.

- Now, you may remember a few months ago, there was a Mega Evolution TV special on the Pokemon XY TV series where a young man and his Mega Charizard X travelled around the region and fighting out against numerous Mega Evolved Pokemon. Now, TV Tokyo will air a second Mega Evolution TV special this early November and expect special appearances from the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire video games.

- Naomi Wakabayashi, the voice actress behind THE iDOLM@STER's Ritsuko Akizuki, announced her pregnancy. She's 5 months pregnant but she will still attend events.
