Things we love and we'll miss about PAF

Our ever-favorite inventive stepbrothers, Phineas and Ferb, will have their last day of summer this week and it's kinda sad to see our ever-favorite cartoon shows fading away like the sun sets, but having this show around for almost a decade, we witnessed their outrageous creations, the wildest adventures, and the hilarious rivalry between a secret agent platypus and a diabolical-but-idiotic evil genius trying to take over...well, you know. So, what are the best things we love and we'll miss from the world's favorite Disney cartoon show?

Inventions - From rollercoasters, time machines, racecars, games, anything that breaks the laws of sciences, Phineas and Ferb managed to turn the ordinary into extraordinary...much to the annoyance of their bossy big sis Candace. Even with help from their pals Isabella, Baljeet, Buford, and others, their out-of-this-world creations really proves that everyday is an adventure...right until the moment when everything disappears by the time Mom comes.

Doof vs. Puss - The famed and ever-battling rivalry of Perry the Platypus and Doofenshmirtz has been one of the enjoyable rivalry since...Tom and Jerry, SpongeBob and Plankton, Lupin the Third and Inspector Zenigata, Pikachu and Meowth, the Pink Panther and Inspector Clouseau, you name any famed rivalry you know. It's simple really, Agent P slips though his secret HQ, Major Monogram tells what's Doof is up to, break into ♫Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated!♫, Doof traps Agent P, tells his evil plot, turns his Inator on, Agent P frees himself, and mayhem ensues. This is how we really enjoyed their rivalry to the fullest. Sometimes, even the fiercest of rivals have to team up rarely to solve issues of their own.

PhineBella moments - I had no idea why we've include it but every time we see Isabella and Phineas together, you might think that it's all sweet like strawberry parfait served at the table but because Phineas spent most of the time planning stuff for their inventions, there's no time for romance with our ever-favorite Fireside Girl. However, things have changed when in the recent episode "Act Your Age", the one where Phineas, Ferb, and their pals are teenagers, Phineas and Isabella expressed their feelings and ended with a kiss.

Songs - One of the main reasons why we love most about Phineas and Ferb is the songs they're playing. Whether if there's "Squirrel In My Pants", an Intimate Get Together, a platypus controlling me, A-G-L-E-T (AGLET!), you can really have most of the PAF songs stuck in your head but the one song we'll always have it stuck in our heads forever is...you've guessed it...GITCHEE GITCHEE GOO! ♫Bow-chika-bow-wow, that's what my baby says, Mow Mow Mow, and my heart starts pumping, Chicka Chicka Coo Wah, Never Gonna Stop, Gitchee Gitchee Goo means that I Love You!

Guest Celebs - There has been numerous guest celebs in Phineas and Ferb as well as its "Take Two with Phineas and Ferb" talk short and it's too many to list! From boxing legend Evander Holyfield, comedienne Tina Fey, Food Network's Guy Fieri, Shake It Up's Bella Thorne, Lorenzo Lamas (as the cute but tough Meap), Seth Green, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, James May, David Beckham, Seth Rogen, Cedric the Entertainer, Taylor Swift, Shaun White, there are so many celebs guested on this show!

Crossover Episodes - With Disney taking full control of MARVEL Superheroes and STAR WARS, this show is taking advantage of it with two special crossover episodes. In 2013, there's Phineas and Ferb Mission Marvel where Phineas, Ferb, and the gang teaming up with Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, and Spider-Man to save the world from Red Skull and his ragtag group of Marvel supervillains. Then, in last year, we have Phineas and Ferb Star Wars where all of our favorite characters became part of the Star Wars universe.

DCOM - In 2011, the Phineas and Ferb experience has been pushed to the highest level with a Disney Channel Original Movie titled Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension. In the DCOM, Perry the Platypus' secret identity was revealed and with other-dimension Doof trying to take over two dimensions, it's up to Phineas, Ferb, and the gang will throw everything they've got to save the world. In the closing credits, rock guitarist Slash guest performs the DCOM's ending theme "Kick It Up a Notch".

Merchandise - There has been a slew of PAF merchandise provided for the fans of this hit Disney cartoon show. From toys, games, snacks, clothing, books, having a piece of Phineas and Ferb at home is just one of the many reasons why you'll love that show and if I may, I might be expecting someone who is a fan of this show and collects numerous PAF-related items more than I am.

The explosive series finale of Phineas and Ferb, titled Last Day of Summer, airs this Friday on Disney Channel and Disney XD. Check your local listings.
