- In a TV interview, Muntinlupa Representative Ruffy Biazon wants the Philippines to boost its defense capabilities to counter against threats from China over the Benham Rise issue. He also said that the Philippines needs to take advantage of defense agreements from its allies like Japan and the United States to deal with the current maritime issue.
