- The low pressure area near Batanes has intensified into a Tropical Depression named Florita, according to PAGASA. Florita is packed with a maximum winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 65 kilometers per hour while moving northwest at 11 kilometers per hour.
