DTM 2023 FINALE

Hockenheimring is the final stop of the DTM 2023 season. Who will win the championship? Let's find out.

Thomas Preining has successfully swept the two-part finale in Hockenheimring and not only that, he emerged as the 2023 DTM champion. The team he represented alongside Dennis Olsen, Manthey EMA, was coronated as team champion. 

The first part saw him defeating his teammate Olsen while the final part saw Preining trumped the Lamborghini driver Mirko Bortolotti.

It's great to be a Porsche 911 driver winning the DTM championship.

DTM 2023: Red Bull Ring

The DTM 2023 season continues in Spielberg's Red Bull Ring for the seventh and penultimate round of the season. As the weather gets gloomy, the fight for the championship is nearing its climax and the drivers are braving the conditions by all means necessary.

In the first part, Kelvin van der Linde trumped Laurin Heinrich towards victory lane while Ricardo Feller completed the podium with a third-place finish. In the final part of the Spielberg campaign, Rene Rast scored his first win of the season, his first win as a BMW driver, while Sheldon van der Linde finished in 2nd and Thomas Preining finished 3rd.

DTM 2023: Sachsenring

Sachsenring is the next stop for the DTM 2023 season, marking its return to the race calendar after over two decades, and with Mirko Bortolotti ending the nine-race nine-winner streak of the season in the previous campaign in Lausitzring, will his fight for the championship continue?

In the rather dramatic first part, Luca Stolz nailed his first win of the season while Thomas Preining finished 2nd, and Turkish driver Ayhancan Guven nailed his first DTM podium by finishing in third. In the final part, Mirko Bortolotti's championship fight continues with his third win of the season while Stolz finished 2nd and Ricardo Feller finished 3rd.

The next venue for the DTM 2023 season will be the Red Bull Ring this September 22-24.

DTM 2023: Lausitzring

The Dekra Lausitzring is the next stop for the DTM 2023 season and as the streak of different winners this season builds up, will it stay or will it break? Let's find out.

In the first part, Jack Aitken, thanks to his pole position, became the ninth driver to win a DTM race this season while Mirko Bortolotti finished 2nd and Kelvin van der Linde finished 3rd. However, in the second part, the nine-race nine-winner streak of the season has been snapped with Mirko Bortolotti claiming his second win of the season while Ricardo Feller finished 2nd and Luca Stolz finished 3rd.

With Bortolotti snapping the nine-race nine-winner streak of the season thanks to his recent victory, he's now leading at the driver standings with 138 points, seven points ahead of Thomas Preining.

The DTM 2023 continues at Sachsenring this September 8-10.

DTM 2023: Nurburgring

The DTM 2023 season continues in the Nurburgring Grand Prix Circuit as the drivers are battling through the rainy weather to survive through this soaked-up race weekend thriller.

The first race saw Mirko Bortolotti nab his first win of the season while Lucas Auer, who set this race's fastest lap time of 1:26.667, finished 2nd, and Thomas Preining finished 3rd. In the splashing final part where things get wet and wild, Maximilian Paul wins while Laurin Heinrich, who set the fastest lap time of the race in 1:37.158, finished 2nd, and Lucas Auer finished 3rd.

After Nurburgring, Thomas Preining is leading the standings with 117 points while Sheldon Van Der Linde is in 2nd place with 89 points and Mirko Bortolotti jumps to 3rd with 88 points.

The next race will be at the Dekra Lausitzring this August 17-20.

DTM 2023: Norisring

The DTM 2023 season continues in Norisring. Will the streak of different winners continues or will it break to determine who is the leading driver? Let's find out.

In the first part, Sheldon Van Der Linde managed to fend off Rene Rast to win the race while Dennis Olsen completes the podium with a third-place finish. In the final part, Thomas Preining scored his first win of the season for the Manthey EMA team after a close-call result against Rast while last race's winner Sheldon Van Der Linde finished 3rd.

After Norisring, Preining is in the lead with 88 points, 10 points ahead of Sheldon Van Der Linde.

As the streak of different winners this season continues will it be maintained or be broken? The next race is at Nurburgring this August 4-6.

DTM 2023: Zandvoort

The DTM 2023 season continues in Zandvoort and this second two-parter race weekend saw a certain someone added to the DTM winners' circle. Who is that someone? Let's find out.

In the first part of the Zandvoort race weekend, Maro Engel fended off Sheldon van der Linde to score his first win of the season. In the final part, meanwhile, Ricardo Feller successfully shook off Thomas Prening to score his first DTM career win.

DTM 2023: Oschersleben

The DTM 2023 season has officially begun and for the first time, the season opener kicked off in Oschersleben. With new and returning faces as well as the DTM debut of the new Ferrari 296 GT3 racing machines, this 2023 season is redefining DTM in a big way.

In the first part, Franck Perera drew his first blood of the season after defeating the likes of Tim Heinemann and Jack Aitken. In the second part, meanwhile, it's the turn of Christian Engelhart as he scored his very first DTM win.

The next event will be at Zandvoort this June 22-25.

DTM 2022 FINALE

Hockenheimring is the final stop of the DTM 2022 season as the world sets its sights on Sheldon Van Der Linde as he's on the mission to claim this season's title.

The disaster-packed first race of the finale saw Lucas Auer snatch victory from the jaws of chaos while Sheldon Van Der Linde finished 2nd and Marco Wittmann finished 3rd. In the final race of the season, meanwhile, Marco Wittmann wins.

The DTM 22 season ended with Sheldon Van Der Linde crowned as this season's champion. The team he was on, the BMW-powered Shubert Motorsport was named Team Champion, and Audi was named this season's Manufacturer Champion.

DTM 2022: Red Bull Ring

The DTM 2022 season continues in Red Bull Ring as the penultimate venue never fails to impress its fans as the conclusion draws near. This is turning into everyone's game now.

The first part saw professional racer Nick Cassidy bag his second DTM win of this season after beating the likes of DTM legend Rene Rast and Mirko Bartolotti. The final part saw Thomas Preining score a win on his home soil, beating the likes of Luca Stolz and Maro Engel.

After Spielberg, Sheldon Van Der Linde remains in the lead with 130 points while Lucas Auer's 11 points behind the leader, and Rene Rast's in 3rd with 117 points. The championship fight is too close to call.

DTM 2022: Spa-Francorchamps

The DTM drivers are having a Spa day for the 2022 season but it's not the Spa day you would expect because the kind of Spa day they're having is intense racing thrills that the DTM delivers, not to mention the plot twists DTM's Spa day showcased.

The DTM action in Spa-Francorchamps has produced two first-time DTM winners in one race weekend. The first race saw Dennis Olsen claim his first DTM win while Maximilian Goetz finished 2nd and Thomas Preining finished 3rd. The final race saw another first-time DTM winner as Super GT veteran Nick Cassidy claimed his first DTM win while points leader Sheldon Van Der Linde finished 2nd and another third-place finish for Preining.

After Spa, Sheldon Van Der Linde remains in the lead with 130 points while Lucas Auer's in 2nd with 98 points and Rene Rast's in 3rd with 96 points.

The next race of the DTM 2022 season will be at the Red Bull Ring this September 23-25.

DTM 2022: Nurburgring

The DTM 2022 season continues at the Nurburgring GP Course for their fifth outing as the drivers are making their moves on track as the summer season draws to its conclusion.

The first race is headlined by the 1-2 finish by the Van Der Linde brothers with Sheldon the winner and Kelvin the second placer while Ricardo Feller completes the podium with his third-place finish. The second race, meanwhile, saw Luca Stolz nicked his first DTM win while Dennis Olsen finished 2nd and Lucas Auer finished 3rd.

After Nurburgring, Sheldon Van Der Linde leads the standings with 110 points while Mirko Bortolotti is in 2nd with 89 points and Lucas Auer jumped to 3rd place with 85 points.

The next race of the DTM 22 season will be at Spa-Francorchamps this September 9-11.

DTM 2022: Norisring

Norisring is the next stop for the DTM 2022 season as the drivers delivered the rumble in Nuremberg.

Two rookies tasted their first podium finishes in the first race with Thomas Brenning crowned the winner while Dennis Olsen finished 2nd. Series veteran Rene Rast finished 3rd. In the second race, meanwhile, Felipe Fraga has beaten Mirko Bortolotti and Rast for the win.

After Norisring, Mirko Bortolotti jumps into 1st with 89 points, 9 points ahead of Sheldon Van Der Linde, while Rene Rast's in 3rd with 79 points.

The next event of the 2022 DTM season will be at the Nurburgring this August 26-28.

DTM 2022: Imola

The DTM 2022 season continues in Imola as the drivers are heating things up in the middle of the Father's Day race weekend.

In the first race, Rene Rast returns to the victory lane this season after defeating Nico Muller and Mirko Bortolotti in a dash to the finish line. In the second race, meanwhile, Ricardo Feller, a  Swiss driver, successfully denied Dev Gore, the American on the DTM grid, to claim his first win. Marco Wittmann finished 3rd.

After Imola, Sheldon Van Der Linde remains in the lead with 80 points while Bortolotti jumps to 2nd with 68 points and Nico Muller is in 3rd with 62 points.

The next race will be at Norisring this July 1st to 3rd.

DTM 2022: Lausitzring

The DTM 2022 season continues with the second round in Lausitzring as the action builds up from start to finish, not to mention the fiery qualifier that shocked Felipe Fraga.

Sheldon Van Der Linde, the South African driver driving the new BMW M4 GT3, swept through the entire Lausitzring race weekend. The first race saw him defeat Lucas Stolz and Lucas Auer while the second race saw him defeat Maro Engel and Rene Rast.

The next event of the DTM 2022 season will be at Imola this June 17-19.

DTM 2022: Portimao

It's the beginning of what's going to be the most exciting DTM season to date as Porsche joins the DTM fray. Not only did Porsche make its historic DTM debut, but legendary rally driver Sebastien Loeb also joins the DTM grid and the entire 2022 season is now seen globally.

29 race cars, six brands, drivers from 15 countries, this is why the 2022 DTM season is a record-breaker in the history books. Kicking off the 2022 season is Portimao, the first battleground of the new season.

In the first race, Lucas Auer wins while Luca Stolz finished 2nd and polesitter Mirko Bortolotti finished 3rd. In the final race, meanwhile, Nico Mueller is back in victory lane after defeating Felipe Fraga and Bortolotti in the race toward the finish line.

What a way to start the historic season! The next event of the 2022 DTM season will be at Lausitzring from the 20th to the 22nd of May, 2022.

DTM 2021 FINAL

This is where it all ends as the 2021 DTM season concludes in Norisring as title rivals are going all-out to see who will win in the new era of DTM.

In the first part of the season finale, Maximilian Gotz emerged as the winner while Arjun Maini finished 2nd and Liam Lawson finished 3rd. The final part of the season finale, meanwhile, with Liam Lawson's title hopes is in shambles following a Turn 1 incident and then some mechanical issues plaguing his car, Maximilian Gotz's second victory of the final race weekend made him the 2021 DTM Champion.

DTM 2021: Hockenheimring

Hockenheimring is the penultimate stop for the DTM 2021 season and as the end draws near, the fight for the title still rages on.

The first race saw another win for Kelvin Van Der Linde of Team ABT while AF Corse driver Alex Albon finished 2nd and Mike Rockenfeller finished 3rd. In the final race, meanwhile, it's Lucas Auer who scored another victory in the bag while title fighter Liam Lawson finished 2nd and Maximilian Gotz, also a title fighter finished 3rd.

After Hockenheimring, the gap between Lawson and Van Der Linde is now at six points, 206 vs. 192. It's too close to call.

DTM 2021: Assen

The 2021 DTM season arrives in Assen for their sixth double-header race event that will literally heat things up even as the weather conditions in this venue gets slightly cooler.

In the first race, Marco Wittmann is named the winner while the Italian driver Mirko Bortolotti nicked his first podium finished by placing 2nd and Liam Lawson finished 3rd.

In the final race, meanwhile, Lucas Auer wins while Lawson and Wittmann finished 2nd and 3rd.

After Assen, the gap between Lawson and Wittmann is now at ten points, 175 vs. 165, while Kelvin Van Der Linde's in 3rd place with 160 points. It's too close to call.

DTM 2021: Red Bull Ring

Styria is the next stop for the DTM 2021 season as the action continues in the Red Bull Ring.

The Red Bull AF Corse junior driver Liam Lawson made headlines in the Red Bull Ring because by winning the entire race weekend in Styria, the youngest DTM driver is still the greatest.

He defeated Maximilian Gotz and Philip Ellis in the first race, and after that, he defeated pole-sitter Marco Wittmann in the final race of the weekend.

After the action in Styria, Kelvin Van Der Linde remains at the top of the standings with 147 points while Liam Lawson is now 2nd with 135 points and Gotz is at third place with 131 points.

The next event will be at Assen from the 17th to the 19th of September, 2021.
