Kansas City Chiefs win Super Bowl LVIII

Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium has plunged into a football frenzy as the NFL's Super Bowl LVIII saw the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs face each other again, a rematch of their Super Bowl LIV bout four years ago.

It became a Super Bowl like no other because not only CBS but also Nickelodeon for the first time with the "Super Bowl LVIII Live at the Bikini Bottom" event where characters SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star became commentators for the football finale event.

From the return of the Sweet Victory song from the SpongeBob episode "Band Geeks" to special appearances by Dora the Explorer, TMNT's Mikey, The Loud Family, and even Sonic and friends, it became a slime-tastic grand finale to another breakthrough football season.

In the first half, the 49ers are off to a slow-and-steady lead 10-3. As the second half emerged, the Chiefs pulled a comeback and they fought ferociously until they hit overtime after both teams scored 19 points.
